Conductor and countertenor TIM KEELER is sought after as a performer and an educator. He has sung with Chanticleer, New York Polyphony, TENET, and the Choir of Trinity Wall Street. Prior to moving to College Park, Tim directed the choirs at the Special Music School High School in Manhattan and was the choral conductor for Juilliard's new Summer Performing Arts program - a two-week intensive summer course in Geneva, Switzerland. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in choral conducting at the University of Maryland where he studies with Dr.
JONATHAN KING, an active pianist and conductor based in Baltimore, MD, currently serves as Assistant Music Director at Church of the Resurrection in Lutherville, MD, and Choral Activities Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Music, where he directs the University Chorale. He has previously served as assistant conductor to the UMS Choral Union, a Grammy® award-winning ensemble that regularly collaborates with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and has prepared choirs for eminent conductors including Leonard Slatkin and Philip Brunell.
MINJI KIM is a first-year doctoral student in choral conducting at the University of Maryland under Dr. Edward Maclary’s guidance. She is currently co-directing the University Chorale and teaching one of the undergraduate conducting classes. Minji is a native of South Korea, where she obtained the Bachelor’s degree in Composition from Yeungnam University. From 2011 to 2014, she served as an assistant to Chunma Boys and Girls Choir where she found her passion in teaching and working with young singers.
