The University of Maryland Repertoire Orchestra is a unique all-campus orchestra that is open to music majors, non-music majors, UMD faculty and staff, and members of the University of Maryland community.

Doctor of Musical Arts

The D.M.A. degree is designed for qualified graduate students with an M.M. in music seeking a professional degree in performance or composition that culminates with a final project (performance/dissertation).

The Master of Music (M.M.) degree is designed for qualified students with a Bachelor's degree in music seeking a professional degree in performance, composition, or music education that culminates with a final project.

Bachelor of Arts

The B.A. in music is designed for qualified undergraduate students whose interests include a broader liberal arts experience or who have an interest in double majoring in both music and another subject. Additionally, we offer a Jazz Studies program as a B.A. degree.
