Registration for the 2018 Summer Youth Music Camp is now closed. We do appreciate your interest and hope that you will check back in January 2019 for information concerning next year’s camp.

Registration for the camp is available online for credit card payments or by mail for check or money order payments. Please see instructions for each below. Full payment is required at the time of registration.


Payment Information

NOTE: Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received but are unable to be processed until we receive full payment. Some popular instrument sections are in high demand and will close quickly. To ensure that a space is reserved for you in camp, please register early.

The cost for the camp is $365, which includes a camp T-shirt and a recording of the final concert.

Credit card payment: Proceed to the above link and complete the online registration form. At the end of the online registration form, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information in order to complete and submit the registration form.

Check or money order payment: In order to pay by check or money order, you’ll need to download and complete this form. Please be sure the camper’s full name appears on the check. Completed forms with accompanying checks or money orders for the full registration fee should be mailed to:

Refund/Returned Check Policy

Refunds are available prior to June 15th, though a $100 service fee will be charged. The State of Maryland requires the payer’s social security number for all refunds of payments via check.

A $25 fee will be assessed if a check is returned to us by your bank

For tax purposes, the camp ID# is 5-2600-2033


Junior Counselor Positions

If you have attended the camp in previous years and are sad to “age-out” please consider joining us as a junior counselor. You will assist directors, teachers, and younger students throughout the week in classes and rehearsals. There is a $15 application fee to apply for this position. Please use the same application as “regular” campers, which is accessed from the link above and apply by May 15. You will be notified of acceptance by June 1.
